Lime Taffy Pearly Pendulums

Sandy feet on the hot boardwalk.  A salty breeze coming off the water.  
You walk into the candy shop, slightly cooler in the shade, and fans whirl the sweet smell of salt water taffy around you.
You get a piece.  The lime flavor is tart, but the taffy is so sweet.
